RAZE IT™ Return Policy

General Return Information

You have 30-days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return.

For Eligibility:

Items should be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, tagged, and in the original packaging.

Retain your receipt or proof of purchase as it's necessary for processing the return.

Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Initiating a Return

To begin, contact us at liesha@razeit.us to request an RMA number.

Once you have the RMA, please send your returns to:

On acceptance of your return request, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Unsolicited returns or those without an RMA will not be accepted. For international returns outside of the United States, please anticipate longer shipping durations.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Should you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us promptly so we can address the issue effectively.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishables, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable products, or gases. Please clarify doubts about specific items before making a purchase.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

For faster service, return your product and place a new order separately for the desired item.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 3-day right to cancel or return an order without any reason. The conditions for item return remain as mentioned above.

Refunds

Post receipt and inspection of your return, we'll inform you about the refund's status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. There might be additional delays from your bank or credit card company in posting the refund.
